What an EP this is; eight minutes of pure noise. Coming from Tokyo, Japan, and taking their name from a 1991 cyberpunk Japanese film from filmmaker Shozin Fukui dealing with the theme of brain-modified sex slaves as well as mental breakdowns in a hallucinogenic thrill ride. This is exactly the feeling you get when you hear 964 Pinocchio’s new EP. This is not music for the lighthearted; but, for those with the guts to experiment, this is great screamo/noise.
