The single for Australian wunderkid, Melwonder (formally Melwonderland), is possibly the saddest song I have ever heard. With a sound reminiscent of Lana and Bat for Lashes, with a DIY sound, Melwonder has written the saddest, most beautiful songs ever. I cried, and I’m in a good mood. But I understand that pain. Melwonder communicates so well, you can feel everything pain she has ever gone through. I can’t say enough about how much I love Melwonder. EVERYTHING!!!!! This song could have been written by Plath or Sexton or Dickinson (my supreme complements.)
