For those of you like myself who have been waiting for that next punk/metal combination, here comes Cellphone. These guys roar out like a punked-up Motorhead or Hawkwind stripped of sax and synths. This super kicks ass. Cellphone, who have been active since 2011, whose members include Michael Wirth Broff (Bass, Vocals), JM Leon (Guitar, Synths, Vocals), Eric Farber (Lead Guitar, Synths), Alex Janssen (Synths) and Rob Gordon (Drums), know how to kick ass. I love this band. Metal has needed a kick for a while, and here it is. E
