JUSTICE – “Saturnine Ft. Miguel”
As the release date for their eagerly awaited album Hyperdrama draws near, Justice has released the dynamic new single “Saturnine (with Miguel)” alongside revealing the album’s complete tracklist and collaborators. The album is set to drop on April 26th through Ed Banger/Because Music. The band expressed that this track is unlike anything they’ve produced before, originating from Gaspard experimenting with an E-mu synthesizer guitar to discover the main riff, leading to a swift completion of the track. They aimed for Miguel’s voice to be strikingly direct and unadorned, fitting the song’s theme of a delirious, almost hallucinogenic narrative.
In addition to the single, Justice has announced the initial U.S. headline dates for their upcoming global tour, “Justice: Live,” beginning with a headline performance at this year’s Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival. This tour marks the group’s return to the live scene since their “Woman World Wide” tour ended in 2018, featuring stops in New York City, Washington DC, Philadelphia, and Boston. Tickets are available for purchase starting tomorrow at 10 a.m. local time.
The revealed tracklist for “Hyperdrama” includes collaborations with notable artists like Tame Impala, Thundercat, Miguel, The Flints, Rimon, and Connan Mockasin, showcasing singles such as “Incognito,” “One Night/All Night (with Tame Impala),” and “Generator.” Notably, “Generator” has a music video that portrays a graphic narrative between two humanoid robots.
