The first official release by Killing Sound (Amos Childs, Seb Gainsborough, Sam Kidel) is a great piece of house music. This track starts out with a loud bang then mellows into a great head groove. Suddenly, gears change again to an almost spiritual sound. In this third section, one can smell the altar candles in a large, cathedral-like space. But Killing Sound isn’t done yet: the final segment turns into a chant going on and on, hypnotizing the mind. The final effect is a intricate tapestry for the head.
