Indie rock luminaries GROUPLOVE have exciting news for fans: their recent album, ‘I Want It All Right Now,’ will be released in a deluxe edition on May 10, enriched with six additional tracks. Among these, a standout is today’s release of a live version of the titular track “All,” recorded at Madison Square Garden. This rendition becomes particularly special with Jake Clemons of Bruce Springsteen’s E Street Band joining on the saxophone, transforming the song into an epic musical experience that transcends its original boundaries.
In an interview with FLOOD Magazine last year, GROUPLOVE’s Christian Zucconi reflected on the significance of the track “All,” sharing, “From the start, we felt it was destined to open the album and give it its name. It represents our introspective journey during the album’s creation, posing the existential question, ‘Why do we always crave more than what we possess?’” Checkout “I Want It All Right Now” below:
Hannah Hooper, known for her versatile artistic talent, has once again contributed her skills to the visual side of GROUPLOVE’s music, crafting the artwork for the album. Over the years, Hooper’s distinctive art has become as emblematic of the band as their music, embodying the band’s exploration and resolution of life’s complexities through every form of art they engage with.
Over the last month, GROUPLOVE has been joined by Bully for the North American Rock And Roll You Won’t Save Me Tour. Fans who missed the tour or simply want more need not despair as the band has upcoming festival performances this summer at Wildflower! Festival, Bonnaroo and Oceans Calling. And by popular demand, GROUPLOVE has been added to 9 new dates this fall supporting P!nk. See all upcoming tour dates here and below.
