HEAR: Of Montreal – “She Ain’t Speakin’ Now”
After recently announcing a fall US tour with La Luz in support of their forthcoming new album Lousy With Sylvianbriar, Of Montreal are back today to share new single “She Ain’t Speakin’ Now.” Premiered yesterday by Rolling Stone, the track fits in the same aesthetic vein as album opener and lead single “Fugitive Air” while also showcasing the new album’s softer side, as it bounces between moment of full-on, plugged-in rock & roll squalor and softly cooed vocals over acoustic guitar.
