    Oh Sees

    “Animated Violence”

    Orc

Oh Sees (having dropped the Thee) are back.  God, these guys rock, and their new album, Orc, is no exception.  It has all those great bass riffs that the Oh Sees are capable of, great vocals with those little yelps, tremendous guitar feedback, and compelling beats from that crazy drummer.  Coming from San Francisco, Oh Sees is made up of John Dwyer, Brigid Dawson, Petey Dammit, and Mike Shoun.  Their sound is like garage rock turned up 100 times and sped up.  They do have a sound similar to Ty Seagall (by the way, that would be a perfect double bill:  think about it).  All this punk knows, Oh Sees scratches that white punk itch I have deep down in side.  Rock on.  (Also, anyone who names their tour DONALD TRUMP IS AN IGNORANT  RACIST & AN EMBARRASSMENT TO THE USA, is ok by me.)  Preach the word.
