This is the kind of kick-ass country I like. When you first hear Jenna Torres, you immediately think of Dolly Parton, but an even tougher Parton, if that’s possible. Torres sings like she can take your car apart and put it back together, then take you home and love you tenderly and sweetly. Coming from NYC to Nashville by way of all the back roads east of the Mississippi, especially in the mountains, Torres has taken the hard road to get where she is. There is a wisdom and a beauty to her voice only experience gives you. I love this beautiful voice.
