I know it’s really early in 2017, but Hand Habits’ album, being released on February 10, 2017, is going to be on my list of best albums of the year. Meg Duffy, aka Hand Habits, is a singer, songwriter and guitarist from Upstate New York. This album is written, performed, produced, and directed all by herself, and it invites you to come in and meet and learn to love Hand Habits like I have. Not always the easiest listen (she does reveal all the dark as well as the light in her soul), but trust me, the listen is worth it. She is on tour right now. I recommend, if she comes close to you, you check her out. She is one of the great.
